Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it in the Bitcoin ETF Flow Tracker apps (iOS and Android, package com.etfapp.etf_app) and on cryptoetf.today, published by Vadim Semenko.

How to request deletion

There is no in-app delete button yet, so deletion is handled by request. Write to us and we will remove the account manually:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address your account is registered with. Using the registered address is how we confirm the request is yours.
  2. Put "Delete my account" in the subject line, and state in the message that you want your account and associated data deleted.
  3. We reply to confirm the request, and we delete the account and its data within 30 days of that confirmation.

You can also send the same request through our support form — use the email address the account is registered with, so we can match the request to the account.

Request deletion of your account

Send the request from the email address your account is registered with — the button opens a ready email to support.

We confirm within 5 business days and delete the account and its data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When we process the request, the following is deleted permanently and cannot be restored:

  • Your account record and sign-in credentials: user ID, email address and display name (including data received from Google Sign-In).
  • Your device registrations and push notification tokens, together with the device details stored alongside them (device identifier, model, app version, OS version, language and time zone).
  • Your notification inbox history and notification preferences.
  • Your saved content tied to the account, such as watchlists and portfolios.

What we keep, and for how long

Some records are not tied to your identity, or we are required to keep them for a limited period:

  • Aggregated and anonymised analytics events, which can no longer be linked back to you. Firebase Analytics retains its underlying event data for up to 14 months.
  • Crash and diagnostic reports collected by Firebase Crashlytics, retained for up to 90 days.
  • Server access logs and correspondence with support, retained for up to 12 months for security and abuse prevention.

How long deletion takes

We confirm every request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If a request takes longer for technical reasons, we will tell you why and give you a new date.

Deleting data without deleting the account

If you want to keep your account but remove specific data — for example your push registration, your watchlist or your portfolios — write to [email protected] and say which data you want removed. Uninstalling the app or turning notifications off also stops further collection, but it does not delete data already stored on our servers.
