Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Service. GA4 automatically collects:

• Approximate geographic location (country/city level, derived from IP)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Referral source (how you arrived at the site)

Browser Storage

The website stores the following data locally in your browser using localStorage — no personal information is included:

• Theme preference — light/dark mode
• UI state — selected filters, display preferences
• Cached API responses — to speed up page loads

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

We use a single functional cookie to store your selected language. This cookie does not track you across other sites and contains no personal information.

iOS App

If you use the CryptoETF iOS application, additional data handling applies. The app uses Apple's infrastructure for push notifications and RevenueCat for subscription management. Please refer to Apple's and RevenueCat's respective privacy policies for details on how they process your data.

How We Use Data

• To understand which content and features are most useful
• To identify and fix technical issues
• To improve the overall experience of the Service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Google Analytics retains event data for 14 months by default. Browser storage data is kept until you clear it or uninstall the app. We do not store personal data on our servers beyond server access logs, which are retained for a short period for security purposes.

If you are located in the EU/EEA (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service changes materially. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
